Due to the nature of our products at "By Ghadi" which are made to order, there are no returns or exchanges.
Replacement will be provided in case of manufacturing damage, provided that the consumer has not used the product and contacts us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Replacement is provided if the customer receives the wrong order.
The store is not responsible if the customer chooses an unsuitable size or cut.
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or added to while they are being processed, and special orders cannot be cancelled.
The color of the abaya may vary slightly (lighter or darker) due to lighting during photography; please contact us before ordering to confirm the color.
Please note that the abaya is made up to one inch at the front for accurate sizing.
If the abaya arrives with a fringe and you wish to remove it, please do so with a sharp object or scissors. Returns are not permitted.
